The world around us…
Observation. In order to manage the anxiety that comes with change, we have to be observant of our world around us. It will help us recognize changes that are coming, help us deal with changes when they happen and help us get to acceptance after the change has happened. Observe. Notice what the people you love and who love you like and dislike. Notice what makes your husband or wife smile like they are in love for the first time. Notice what makes them give you the eye roll. Notice also what sets you off and what makes you float on cloud 9. So, for today, just observe the world around you. I’ll touch more on this topic later.
